Return Policy
It is not always possible to make a return of a product mostly because of its peculiarities. Cancellation Policy

So, in case 2-3 weeks have really expired you take the second step. It means that you should contact us so that we could handle this. Our customer support service will make sure whether it was a postal problem or else and how it can be resolved. We if there is no chance for us to send you your initial order we will replace it with another one or send you a refund of your payment if you wish. Refund will take approximately 5-7 days depending on the bank.
Remember that the following action will be considered as a credit card fraud: disputing a charge (charge back issue) without preliminary notification of a manufacturer. All the details concerning the credit card and its holder itself (personal information, IP address, e-mail address) will be put on a blacklist and reported to the issuing Credit Card Company (Fraud Division), FBI (Credit Card Fraud Division).
